What is training like?
Students train in pairs. After demonstrating a drill and answering questions, we pair up to train together.
How hard do we train?
We strive to make it fun. We want you to get a workout as you develop fighting skills. We cater to your interests, so ask in person. It is easier to answer.
Is training safe?
We take safety seriously, so we train smart. We may use certain equipment for some drills, and set guardrails for class.
Will I make new friends?
Urban warrior is a community of like minded people. We hope to offer more than just training. We hope you will find a second home with us.
Who is it for?
Men, women, and young adults. Minimum age is 16. People with all abilities and experience.
How do I get started?
Classes are on Sundays 11:30am – 12:30pm. Register for a class.
